This deal follows Priority’s extensive streak of acquisitions, including the leading cloud-based workforce management platform, OvdimNet, and the purchase of EDEA, a provider of omnichannel commerce data management earlier this year.
Operational in more than 1,600 schools and educational organizations, Mashov is used daily by millions of parents and students in Israel.
The acquisition marks another step in Priority’s expansion, this time into the field of education, which is considered by Priority as one of the main areas of focus for significant technological development. Priority intends to expand Mashov's activity to the global market.
Priority Ltd., a leading global provider of smart business management solutions, announced the expansion of its solutions portfolio with the acquisition of Mashov, Israel’s largest pedagogical management platform.
Implemented in over 1,600 educational institutions in Israel, Mashov’s integrated online platforms streamline operations and increase accountability and efficiency by promoting greater, collaborative communication between educational establishments, students, and their parents, through advanced platforms for administration, online studies, curriculum and syllabus management, report cards generation, learning modules and more.
This new acquisition follows Priority’s purchase of a leading Cloud-Based Workforce Management Platform, OvdimNet in October 2021 and the prior purchase of EDEA, a provider of omnichannel commerce data management in February the same year. This acquisition is in keeping with Priority’s growth strategy and represents a significant step in enriching and expanding its product portfolio on a global scale. Priority has registered massive growth in recent years, almost doubling up in size over the past year alone, and is currently recruiting dozens of workers in Israel and abroad.
As part of Priority’s growth strategy and the agenda of leading and accelerating the digital transformation processes in the fields of education, the Mashov platform is planned to be expanded to global customers and to be marketed internationally by Priority through its central offices in the United States and Belgium, as well as, through its worldwide business partners.
