Priority Software Ltd. announced the expansion of its technology partners network, signing an agreement with Magma Group, a company specializing in integrated engineering projects, and a Partner System Integrator of Shopfloor Online, a leading Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) solution.

As part of the technology partnership, Magma has developed a dedicated pre-mapped and ready-to-use ASAPI- connector to enable Priority customers to seamlessly connect to Shopfloor Online and easily track and monitor operational manufacturing performance in a single unified platform.

Recognized with an "Honorable Mention" in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Manufacturing Execution Systems report and named a "Customers' Choice" in the 2020 Gartner Peer Insights. Shopfloor Online empowers production facilities from multiple industries with enhanced, centralized, real-time visibility over the operational manufacturing Performance. Thus, supporting the digitization of all production operations, providing real-time governance over factory performance, and connecting the factory with a single thread of critical data accessible at the shop floor level and throughout the enterprise.

The Shopfloor Online connector allows operators, shift supervisors, engineers, and managers to improve communications and unify critical data and connect business processes across operations, quality control, Inventory, and maintenance, and ensure compliance and increase customer satisfaction through automation and improved NPI. E.g., dispatching work orders and their specifications from Priority to production, overseeing the execution of production orders from order release to finished goods, ensuring production according to quality requirements, and automatically collecting data from equipment IoT devices.

Shopfloor Online supports embedding quality management processes into production phases in a regulated environment (non-conformance and CAPA management). From tracing the genealogy of parts, raw materials, and equipment to managing warranty services, product recalls and easily measuring & validate efficiency using advanced, visual dashboards.

"This is an important partnership with a leading ERP provider and an opportunity for us to ramp up our offering to serve Priority customers around the world," said Amit Golan, CEO, Magma Group. "We are proud to be part of Priority's global Technology Partner Network and to offer manufacturers across multiple verticals trusted and reliable shopfloor management and control that integrates seamlessly to their ERP."
