Andres Richter

Andres Richter leads the Priority Software team in fulfilling the company’s mission to make ERP easier and more affordable for organizations of all sizes. He brings more than two decades of experience in the IT arena, having started his career as an ERP project manager and implementer. 

Andres' mantra on focus and determination led him to Priority from Ness Technologies, a leading IT and systems integrator, where he worked for over a decade in a variety of senior executive positions, the last of which was CFO and COO of Ness Israel. Following, he served as a business development consultant for startups and technology companies and managed a software development services company.

Andres holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting and an MBA in Finance & Global Management, both from Tel Aviv University. Married with three children, he is a sports fanatic and participates in marathons and ultra-marathons.

 

Arnon Ben-Isaac

Arnon Ben-Isaac

Arnon Ben-Isaac is responsible for all finance, procurement and administration at Priority.

Arnon joined Priority in 2009, bringing with him a wealth of experience in various financial management roles both in Israel and abroad. His previous management positions include Motorola, Hero, Overseas Export Imports and Loudon Engineering.

Arnon holds a B.A. in Economics and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University.

He is married with two sons and in his spare time, enjoys yacht racing, bike riding, listening to good music and reading science fiction. 

Leor Barth

Leor Barth

Leor Barth is responsible for all of Priority’s engineering, development and testing activities. He leads the software development teams through all the stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to release.

Leor joined Priority from Precise Software, where he served as Engineering Group Manager, responsible for the development of the Precise APM Suite. During his tenure at Precise, he was responsible for performance monitoring software, including ERP, application servers and databases and the company's transitioning to a cloud-based platform.

Leor earned his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bar Ilan University. He is married with three children, which isn't stopping him from slowly but surely hiking all 1,000 kilometers of the Israel National Trail.   

Efrat Nakibly

Efrat Nakibly

Efrat Nakibly is responsible for Priority’s marketing activities in all markets. She has close to two decades of experience in technology companies in a wide range of marketing roles, including marketing strategy, product management and sales. Her previous positions include corporate marketing management at Pontis and various positions at Comverse, including responsibility for the marketing strategy of the entire product portfolio as AVP Portfolio Marketing. Prior to Comverse, Efrat established and led the Product Management team at Schema.

Efrat's experience includes development and execution of marketing and product strategy, management of international teams, and successful penetration to new markets for various products including mobile, video, apps and more. She holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and an M.Sc. in Operations Research and Information Systems, both from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology .

Efrat is married with two children and enjoys cooking and baking in her spare time.

Avi Troub

Avi Troub

Joining Priority in 2017, Avi Troub brings a range of global sales, business development and management experience combined with ERP software expertise. Prior, he held several VP roles, including the most recent, VP Client Executive at Aricent, where his responsibilities included global partner recruiting and sales enablement.

Earlier in his career, Avi was Director, Head of Worldwide Growth Products (GP), Amdocs and prior, held various senior positions at SAP for close to a decade, including SME Go-To-Market COO (SAP Germany), Director, SME & Channel and SAP Channel Manager (SAP South Africa) and Partner's Account Manager (SAP Manage, Israel). During his tenure at SAP, he was selected for the company's "Top Talents" program, one of 120 participants out of 45,000 employees. He holds an MA in Law from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Business Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.

Avi is married with three children, a former diving instructor and a volunteer mentor at "Gvahim", a non-profit organization that provides new immigrants and returning citizens with tools to build new careers.

Rotem Sapir

Rotem Sapir

Rotem Sapir joined the management team in April 2017, bringing years of business management and customer support expertise to Priority. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Matrix, Commerce & Manufacturing Division, including ERP Unit Manager, responsible for the Infor LN ERP Business Unit and R&D Manager, where he managed several teams of developers.

Prior, Rotem was Software Team Leader and earlier, Software Engineer, both at Philips Medical. He began his professional career at VBS Israel in senior roles that included E-Enterprise Department Manager, Customer Support Manager and ERP Consultant & Project Manager, where he was responsible for Baan ERP system implementation. Rotem holds an MBA and a B.Sc. from Ben Gurion University of the Negev and is a graduate Information Systems Engineer.

Rotem enjoys scuba diving and trekking in the Negev desert, in addition to volunteering in several community parenting activities in Tsoran, where he resides with his family.

Keren Sherer-Taiber

Keren Sherer-Taiber

Keren Sherer-Taiber leads product management at Priority. Keren has been with the Priority team since 1998, where she steadily advanced through various positions including Director of Global Business Development, Head of Implementation, Senior Consultant, Account Manager, Head of Implementation team and Director of Global Business Development. In her current role, Keren is responsible for planning and driving the roadmap of the company’s products. Prior to joining Priority, she worked as a consultant for Tefen Management Consulting.

Keren holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University. She is married with two children and has a deep passion for Buddhism and the Far East. She owns a unique collection of Buddhas and will never turn down an opportunity to return to Thailand, Nepal, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam or Cambodia.

Shlomo Assraf

Shlomo Assraf

Shlomo Assraf leads Priority’s sales and business development for the Israeli market. A leader at Priority since 2003, Shlomo oversees all partners’ sales processes, including implementation and pre- and post-sales support. His role also includes managing Priority's customer service team.

Before joining Priority, Shlomo was an IT Systems Adviser at Seker Consultants, where he assisted in the selection and implementation processes of ERP systems. Prior, he was employed by One1 Technologies in a variety of roles that involved project management and implementation of ERP systems.

Shlomo has three children and enjoys solving logic puzzles and playing soccer in his spare time . As much as he loves sports, he usually spends more time watching them from the stands.

 

Hilit Paz-Lachower

Hilit Paz-Lachower

Hilit Paz-Lachower is responsible Human Resources at Priority, where she applies her extensive experience in human resources management, consulting and organizational development. Her previous HR roles included HR Business Partner at Amdocs, VP of Human Resources at Hadera Paper Group, and Organizational Consultant at Lotem, a leading organizational consultancy. She began her career at Ness Technologies, where, over a 9-year period, rose to become Director of Human Resources.

Hilit holds an MBA from Ben Gurion University and a BA in Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources and Marketing (cum laude), both from Ben Gurion University.

She is married with three children and enjoys traveling and camping with her family.
