We’re pleased to introduce our newest product release, Priority V 21.1. Released to Priority customers around the globe, V 21.1 puts enterprise organizations at center stage!
Geared to meeting the needs of large organizations with complex global and multi-branch operations, V 21.1 offers enhanced business process functionality, including Data Distribution, MRP by Branches, Master Data Management (MDM), and Multi-Company Budgets. This version also includes enhancements in Priority’s Revenue Recognition, Rental module, and mobile app, plus a new Vendor Rating feature, new product localization for the Netherlands, and lots more!

Enterprise Management
Distributed Organizations
Priority is committed to supporting enterprise organizations with multi-company, multi-site operations, all on the same Priority installation.
In V 21.1, large organizations can now run numerous operational processes and financials in a multi-company mode. This includes data distribution, MRP by branches, open/close fiscal period, open numeration templates, set VAT report period, transfer prepaid expenses/deferred income, transfer sums to VAT account, transfer opening balances, and more.
Master Data Management (MDM)
New features were added to the Data Distribution (MDM) module (EDI), including the Add Company to Data Exchange feature to select the interfaces where you want to add a new company, and new Send All Records via Interface functionality.
Multi-Company Budgets
Set up a multi-company budget in Priority, with one budget allocation from which many companies can pull, plus view budget use by each company via the system’s budget utilization forms and reports.
MRP by Branches
Run industrial MRP and purchase planning by branch, with each branch separately receiving its recommendations. Enables organizations that have branches operating independently in terms of purchasing, storage, and production, to receive purchasing and production recommendations separately for each branch.
Document Printing in Foreign Languages
Automatically print documents in a variety of languages, according to the language of the document recipient.
Object Distribution Management in BPM
Easily manage workflows, rules, and value laws between different companies and installations via an automated process, eliminating the need for manual work, and managed fully from a single screen.
Financials
Priority Payment Collection via the App
Sales reps in the field can now quickly and easily clear over-the-counter invoices and receipts via Priority’s mobile app (available for Priority Payments customers only).
Revenue Recognition
NEW! Automatic calculation of fair value for document line or document revenue components, automatic fair value allocation by price lists, set manual recognition date on recognition by progress, prorated recognition freeze and unfreeze, and more.
Supply Chain Management
Purchasing & Inventory
- Dropshipping – Two new features to receive third-party verification of goods, such as the Goods Receiving Vouchers form directly from your shipping document or a sales invoice when recording the receipt of goods.
- Inventory Allocation – New mechanism to easily allocate inventory for sales orders directly from various documents, as well as from a designated work area.
- Warehouse Transaction Control – Implement a dedicated control mechanism that only allows employees to create inventory transactions in the warehouses to which they are assigned.
Manufacturing & Engineering
MRP by Branches
Run industrial MRP and purchase planning by branch, with each branch separately receiving its recommendations.
Manufacturing Change Order (MCO)
Approve a list of manufacturers of a part before they can be used, with the Engineering Change Order (ECO).
Engineering Change Checklist
Create a checklist for different types of ECOs following approval, such as warehouse, purchasing, and planning tasks.

New Localization – The Netherlands!
Includes VAT reporting based on the VAT by Boxes report, Financial Audit File for submission during an audit, Intrastat files according to Netherlands’ regulations, electronic invoices in Peppol format to send via email, and more.
Europe
Priority customers in the EU can now conveniently receive purchase invoices where only some of the item lines are part of the reverse charge scheme.
North America
- US – New integration capabilities in ShipEngine. Integrated into Priority to manage communications with various shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, etc.), now includes automatic shipping costs markup, plus shipping goods with return labels.
- Canada – Easily define separate VAT accounts for tax groups using tax components codes, plus the option to not deduct purchase tax for certain tax groups.
UK
New tech enhancements to the HMRC requirements for VAT transmission, including support for EORI number management.
Mobile
At Priority, we know how important it is to support your company’s sales reps in the field, with the tools they need to close a deal, sign a purchase order, and more, straight from their mobile device. Check out these new mobile ERP features in Priority V 21.1!
Automated GPS Navigation via the App
Navigate the route to customer sites directly from Priority’s mobile app! Open your navigation apps directly from a document in Priority, with the relevant address fed right into the app. Open a GPS app by sliding the document to the right, click on the Route icon, and choose which GPS app to use (Google Maps or other).
Payment Collection via the App
Sales reps in the field can now quickly and easily clear over-the-counter invoices and receipts via Priority’s mobile app (available for Priority Payments customers only).
Enhanced Accessibility
We’ve invested time and efforts to enable and ease the use of our mobile app for the visually impaired. New in V 21.1, customers who use text readers on their mobile devices can now enjoy a convenient Voice Guide in Priority’s mobile ERP app.
