Account Executive

To keep step with our rapid growth in the ERP market, we are in search of a sales driven Account Executive to roll up their sleeves and grow our U.S. ERP business.

Description:

The Account Executive will focus on qualifying leads and bring to fruition opportunities for partner and channel sales, and direct sales. This position will execute disciplined opportunity-to-closure sales cycles with support from the pre-sales team and sales management.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue and bookings above quota by acquiring new customers from a target account list and inbound leads
  • Follow-up on leads in order to develop a strong and consistent sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Create opportunities with partners and channels to drive in-direct sales growth
  • Be an expert on executing a disciplined sales cycle starting with your ability to qualify and understand new leads
  • Exercise your ability to build goals and plan sales activities according to sales budget
  • Be an expert sales negotiator
  • Effectively navigate obstacles and turn them into sales opportunities
  • Deliver sales presentations and tailored proposals for software and services with a clear focus on business investment value and solution differentiation
  • Conduct initial product overview demonstrations for potential customers
  • Build strong relationships with current customer base to achieve win/win results toward common goals with clients
  • Attend seminars and trade shows as required
  • Maximize sales potential sales and maintain company-client relationships at a high standard

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ work experience in a sales environment in the ERP market required
  • Strong understanding of business systems and cloud solutions modules and processes
  • Strong experience driving sales with partners and multiple channels required
  • Proven track record of hunting and farming in a software solutions company; global company an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven culture and environment
  • Competitive, assertive, self-starter
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally, with strong product
  • Experience performing product demos and presentations
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
