Bookkeeper

We are looking for Bookkeeper Specialist to join our finance team. (On-site Haifa) This role is pivotal in managing and collecting outstanding receivables from our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in effectively communicating with customers to secure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate and timely collection of payments.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and ensure a seamless payment process.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable status.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Priority software - mandatory
  • Very good English - written and spoken
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in accounts Bookkeeper and collections.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong understanding of Bookkeeper principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently
