Manual QA – Core Team

Responsibilities:

• Proactively act as the team’s “Quality Ambassador” - verify no delivery is leaving the team in an untested state.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to understand business requirements and ensure quality standards can be met.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, exploratory, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Analyse, investigate, and troubleshoot the root cause of defects.
• Report and communicate testing progress, results, and defects.
• Continuously improve the testing processes for efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as Manual QA Tester - Must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills from high-level system architecture to specific low-level implementation
• Fast learner of new systems, tools, and platforms with great communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes and methodologies: test planning, test design, and test execution - Must
• Education of QA training – ISTQB or similar - Must
• Fluent English – MUST
• Experience using Priority Software ERP - Big Advantage
• BSC/BA in engineering technical field – Big Advantage
• Hands-on experience with SQL, testing enterprise-grade applications- – Big Advantage
• Experience with test and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr) – Big Advantage
• Experience with log analyzing tools (e.g., DataDog) - Big Advantage
