Customer Relations Representative

We seek a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our Customer Relations team group to ensure a positive customer experience.

Customer Experience

Manage customer queries and requests to ensure a positive customer experience. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and maintain strong relationships through communication. Provide timely and accurate quotes based on customer inquiries.


  • Send quotations to customers based on direct inquiries from customers and the sales team
  • Ongoing communication with suppliers to fulfill customer needs
  • Handle customer service requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Handle customer requests that come through the CRM system
  • Answer customer calls and route them to appropriate departments as needed


  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer relations role
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Priority Software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with customer and supplier communications
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and writing English skills
  • Strong service orientation, patience, and attention to detail

This is a full-time on-site position requiring a standard workweek from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Optional one-day work-from-home)
