Responsibilities
- Lead the expansion of Priority's global partner ecosystem by proactively identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners across regions and verticals.
- Drive indirect sales growth through resellers, implementation partners, and strategic alliances.
- Actively hunt for new business partnerships to increase market coverage and revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Develop joint business plans and support go-to-market initiatives with partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to ensure partner success and alignment.
- Manage escalations when needed and ensure a high-quality partner experience.
- Represent Priority in partner meetings, regional activities, and selected industry events.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in channel management, partnerships, or B2B sales within a SaaS or software company.
- Proven experience in recruiting and expanding a partner ecosystem (new partner acquisition – must).
- Experience working with international customers or partners – must.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner-driven revenue generation.
- Commercial mindset with strong business development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and ability to represent partners' interests internally.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
