Description

An application support (HelpDesk) is needed, to provide telephone technical support at the TIER 1-2 level for a software house in Yokneam!
Our software house is a leader in the development of software solutions for industry with specialization in integration with ERP systems
 

Responsibilities:

  • Work and communicate with the system implementer and information system managers.
  • Support for users failures, infrastructure problems (servers), and installation of systems on the client's servers.
  • The position is full on Sunday toThursday between 09:00 and 18:00
     

Requirements

  • Technical knowledge and control of Windows operating systems - a must!
  • Technical support/helpdesk work experience - a must!
  • Familiarity with ERP PRIORITY systems - an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience working with IIS - an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems and/or professional training in networks and systems - an advantage
  • Experience with databases - SQL - an advantage
  • Background in mobile and web systems - an advantage
