Product Designer

As a Product designer you will:

• Design end-to-end product experiences (UX and UI)
• Own the full life-cycle of the UX and UI efforts through research, ideation &
  conceptualization, detailed design, and execution.
• Understand users’ pain points and needs by conducting user and developing the right UX
  solutions.
• Break down complex problems to find simple, efficient solutions.
• Perform usability testing on a regular basis.
• Be data-driven and have a strong desire to constantly improve the experience.
• Design scalable concepts for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with the UX team, product managers, and R&D to define and deliver
  extraordinary products
• Work in an agile methodology; an ever-changing, fast-paced environment

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of user experience design of complex systems (B2B/SaaS products).
• Experience in user research.
• Proven ability to solve advanced UX problems and simplify complex flows.
• Excellent knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems.
• Experienced in prototyping tools (Figma and other relevant tools)
• Relevant degree (Industrial Engineering, Information Systems)
• Excellent communication skills - effectively communicate your design rationale both verbally
  and visually, in both Hebrew and English.
• An open-minded, and respectful people-person with amazing interpersonal
  relationships, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Passion for solving advanced UX and UI challenges in a very complex system
