Product Director at Priority Software

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and manage product strategy aligned with the company goals
• Guide and lead a team of product managers
• Collaborate with various departments such as engineering, marketing, and sales
• Oversee product development processes from concept to launch
• Set product goals and success metrics
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitors’ landscape

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, with an emphasis on enterprise software
• 7-10 years of experience with Priority System or another leading ERP software system - an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with product integrations, APIs, and various data communication protocols - an Advantage
• Strategic thinking and developed business acumen
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Data analysis and decision-making capabilities
• Deep understanding of software development technologies and methodologies
• Familiarity with product management tools and agile practices
• High level of English proficiency
• Full-time position at Priority HQ, Rosh Ha’Ayin (4 days at the office).
