As a product writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining written content that helps customers understand and use our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Write and edit product online help, SOPs and other related materials that help our customers understand how to perform their day-to-day work, in a clear, concise and user-friendly manner .
- Work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to gather information about new and existing products .
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the ERP business processes in Priority, to ensure accurate and effective communication.
- Ensure all content is precise, grammatically correct, and adheres to brand guidelines
Requirements
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write clear, structured, concise, and engaging content, in Hebrew and English, for different audiences .
- Experience with product material writing and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms in software documentation (ERP software - advantage).
- Familiarity with logistic and financial business processes in organizations – advantage
- Eager to learn new things every day, and investigate independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and consult with subject-matter experts
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while managing your time successfully to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with technology and experienced with technical writing best-practice tools
