Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Write detailed specifications documents based on client needs.
- Implement solutions based on those specifications, managing the project lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage small to mid-sized projects independently, from initiation to completion.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Oversee time management, resource allocation, and task prioritization, ensuring the smooth progress of all projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships, coordinating expectations, managing timelines, and driving successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Priority Software is a must.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in project management and implementation (out of a total of 3-5 years in relevant roles).
- Strong self-management skills: time management, resource management, and the ability to flag issues when work is too heavy or too light.
- Experience working with clients, managing relationships, and setting clear expectations.
- Strong knowledge of Priority's financial module; knowledge of other modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Service is a big plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
- This is a full-time position with a company car provided for client visits.
