Quality and Delivery Manager (Hospitality)

Line of Business within Priority Software building hospitality products serving properties worldwide.

We're transforming from manual to automation-first quality practices and need a quality leader to drive this evolution.

Responsibilities:

Lead quality practices across 10 QA engineers embedded in product squads (matrix organization). You'll define standards, drive automation adoption, and own delivery processes—all through influence, not management. This is a tech lead position shaping quality culture across multiple products.

  • You'll Own:
  • Quality Guild Leadership – Define QA processes, methodologies, and standards across all squads; champion manual-to-automation transition
  • Metrics & KPIs – Create quality measurements, track metrics (defect density, coverage, cycle time), drive data-driven decisions and goal-oriented management
  • Test Planning & Delivery – Build test plans for all releases; monitor production/staging environment health; coordinate deployments (min. once per sprint)
  • Collaboration – Work with Product Managers and Team Leads to break down work; participate in sprint planning; co-manage incidents
  • Tools & AI – Implement test management tools; leverage AI to optimize workflows and documentation (mandatory)

Requirements:

  • 10+ years QA experience in product companies (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record scaling QA and leading quality transformations
  • Expert in both manual and automation testing methodologies – Experience as tech lead/influencer in matrix organizations (no direct reports)
  • Strong technical skills: JavaScript, Python, YAML, Linux/Windows
  • Sprint/Agile experience with CI/CD pipelines – Hands-on creating documentation, test plans, frameworks, templates
  • Experience with KPIs, metrics-based measurement, and goal-oriented management (OKRs)
  • Mandatory: AI proficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for productivity and workflow optimization
  • Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, qTest, Xray)
  • Hospitality tech experience (big advantage)
  • SaaS background (advantage)
