We're looking for a QA Engineer who understands system behavior, enjoys troubleshooting, and is eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Reproduce and analyze service calls from the support team.
- Investigate and troubleshoot root causes of system defects.
- Verify defect fixes don't cause side effects or regressions.
- Create, maintain, and improve automated tests.
- Coordinate technical issues with IT, DevOps, and SAASOps teams.
- Improve testing tools and processes for better efficiency.
- Report test progress, results, and issues clearly.
Requirements:
- 7 + years in Manuel QA – Must.
- Strong analytical skills from architecture to implementation.
- Experience testing REST APIs (Postman, gRPCurl, JMeter) – Must.
- Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to boost productivity – Must.
- Skilled in SQL and enterprise app debugging – Must.
- Experience testing cloud environment (AWS preferable) – Must.
- Fluent English – Must.
- Familiar with CI/CD and GitHub Actions – Big Advantage.
- Experience with log tools (e.g., DataDog) – Big Advantage.
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, JavaScript, Bash) – Advantage.
- ERP experience, especially Priority – Big Advantage.
- BSc/BA in tech or engineering – Big Advantage.
- Quick learner with strong communication skills.
