We are looking for a highly motivated UX expert to join our product team.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full life-cycle of the UX efforts through research, ideation & conceptualization, detailed design, and execution.
- Understand users’ pain points and needs by conducting user research and developing the right UX solutions.
- Break down complex problems to find simple, efficient solutions.
- Perform usability testing on a regular basis.
- Be data-driven and have a strong desire to constantly improve the experience.
- Design scalable concepts for multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with the UX team, product managers, designers, and R&D to define, and deliver extraordinary products.
- Work in an agile methodology; an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of user experience design of complex systems (B2B/SaaS products).
- Experience in user research.
- Proven ability to solve advanced UX problems and simplify complex flows.
- Experienced in prototyping tools (Axure/Figma).
- Relevant degree (Industrial Engineering, Information Systems)
- Excellent communication skills - effectively communicate your design rationale both verbally and visually, in both Hebrew and English.
- An open-minded, and respectful people-person with amazing interpersonal relationships, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Passion for solving advanced UX challenges in a very complex system.
- Advantage: GUI skills & experience.
