VP Sales – North America

We’re looking for an experienced and proven VP of Sales to lead our ERP business in North America, and in particular to lead our expansion and accelerated growth in the US market. Your goal is to define the company’s business growth strategy and drive its execution towards long-term success — to expand our footprint and manage our current portfolio in the North American market. You will lead by example, engage employees across functions, and promote a positive approach to change.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales efforts, including direct sales by our in-house sales team and indirect sales through partners.
  • Collaborate with management in building and executing business strategies and plans, aligned with the company's overall directions, and ensure their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Lead and motivate employee engagement and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Oversee business development activities to ensure they produce sales and deliver results.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the organization, demonstrating strong collaboration and active participation in global forums.
  • Review financial and non-financial reports to enable a deep understanding of the business status and devise problem resolution and opportunities for improvements.
  • Build trustful relationships with key customers, partners and other stakeholders and act as their escalation point.
  • Lead post-merger integrations of acquired companies to drive their GTM strategies in North America.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales-focused leader in a software company, preferably in the ERP domain.
  • In depth understanding of SaaS products and related processes.
  • Experience working in a global company, with diverse cultures, markets and business practices.
  • Experience in developing and executing profitable strategies.
  • A high-energy entrepreneurial mindset and outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Proven track record of building and retaining strong sales teams, embodying a culture of trust, inspiration and growth.
  • Experience leading significant organizational changes.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally to HQ.
