{"id":71939,"date":"2026-07-14T12:25:22","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T12:25:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/?post_type=careers&#038;p=71939"},"modified":"2026-09-07T16:13:06","modified_gmt":"2026-09-07T16:13:06","slug":"website-manager","status":"publish","type":"careers","link":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/il\/careers\/website-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Website\u00a0Marketing\u00a0Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We're looking for a Website Marketing Manager to own our websites end-to-end,managing the vendors who build them and running the CRO strategy that turns traffic into pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage\/Own the performance, development, design, analytics, AI and design while working with external vendors (web development, design, SEO) to ensure coordinated delivery on each task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and update pages, optimize performance, fix bugs, monitor site health, and oversee plugins, hosting, and security.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own the CRO strategy end-to-end, utilizing AI tools, A\/B testing, popup optimization, and smart landing pages. Leverage data from GA4, Search console, GTM and CrazyEgg heatmap data to drive user-journey decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with external SEO vendor to maintain SEO\/AEO\/GEO best practices and performance standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the AI strategy (EN\/HE), overseeing the underlying LLM\/CDN setup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own the technical integration of marketing technologies connected to WordPress, including HubSpot forms and cookie consent compliance, in partnership with the team member who owns marketing automation and lifecycle strategy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hebrew (Native) and English (Fluent).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience directing WordPress development for multilingual, multi-LOB sites (architecture, requirements, vendor QA) \u2014 not just hands-on page-building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong, demonstrable CRO and A\/B testing experience as well as expertise in GA4, GTM, Search console and Analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience directing multiple concurrent external developers, designers, or technology vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong SEO\/AEO\/GEO experience \u2014 optimizing for both traditional search and AI-driven answer engines (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate research, content, and CRO workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of web security and compliance practices (including cookie consent).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable working inside HubSpot for forms and website integration points -general marketing-automation experience is a plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work on-site 4 days\/week at our Rosh Ha'Ayin office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with AI-GPT platforms or interactive tour technology &#8211; is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Priority Software, we manage a global, multilingual website spanning multiple lines of business.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":13131,"menu_order":0,"template":"","careers-category":[284],"careers-location":[450],"class_list":["post-71939","careers","type-careers","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","careers-category-sales-marketing","careers-location-israel-rosh-haayin"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/il\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/careers\/71939","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/il\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/careers"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/il\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/careers"}],"version-history":[{"count":4,"href":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/il\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/careers\/71939\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":73930,"href":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/il\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/careers\/71939\/revisions\/73930"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/il\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/13131"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/il\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=71939"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"careers-category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/il\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/careers-category?post=71939"},{"taxonomy":"careers-location","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/il\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/careers-location?post=71939"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
