The office is in Nesher, Haifa district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Team Leadership &amp; People Management:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and manage a team of approximately 8 employees and QA engineers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define individual and team objectives and track performance against goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentor, coach, and develop team members both professionally and personally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build career growth plans and help engineers progress from junior to senior levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, accountability, and collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technical Leadership:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead the development and operation of cloud and on-premises platforms and infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own architecture, scalability, performance, security, and reliability considerations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote modern engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive CI\/CD, automation, and DevOps initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate advanced AI tools and practices into development and testing workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">External Integrations &amp; Partnerships:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead integrations with third-party systems, including:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Booking.com<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hotel websites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel agents and distribution partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CRM platforms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ERP systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional external systems and services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years of experience managing software development teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience leading teams within medium-to-large organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience managing teams of at least 6 employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using .NET.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with React.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical experience with AWS cloud services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in Windows Server and on-premises environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience leading CI\/CD and DevOps initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of GitHub and Azure DevOps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in Agile development environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience with Jira.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong people management, coaching, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in the Hospitality or Travel Tech industry &#8211; Big Advantages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience integrating with Booking platforms and Channel Managers &#8211; Big Advantages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with enterprise CRM and ERP systems- Big Advantages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working with Claude Code- Big Advantages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) &#8211;
