The ideal candidate has in-depth field marketing experience for B2B software companies and brand awareness development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with business objectives, sales priorities, and regional KPIs across Priority's lines of business in Israel.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and manage local marketing programs designed to increase brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and pipeline.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, customer and partner events, executive events, seminars, roundtables, and webinars, from concept through execution and post-event follow-up.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with the sales teams to identify market opportunities, target audiences\/accounts, campaign priorities, and lead follow-up activities.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the demand generation and digital marketing teams.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take a hands-on role in developing campaign messaging, content, email marketing, newsletters, landing pages, social media posts, advertising, and other marketing assets.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drive local brand awareness and thought leadership through events, content, PR, social media, partnerships, sponsorships, and other relevant channels.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop customer marketing activities, including customer stories, testimonials, references, and customer engagement programs.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with partners to develop and execute joint marketing and demand generation activities.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write clear and effective briefs for internal marketing teams, designers, production companies, agencies, and other suppliers.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage external suppliers, including event production companies, creative agencies, designers, media\/PPC agencies, PR agencies, and other marketing vendors.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage marketing budgets and continuously measure campaign performance, event ROI, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and other marketing KPIs, and recommend actions to continuously improve results.\u202f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 4 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role, preferably within a high-tech\/software company.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience planning and successfully executing B2B events, conferences, customer events, webinars, and other field marketing programs.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience developing and executing integrated demand generation and brand awareness campaigns.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of the relationship between marketing activities, lead generation, sales pipeline, and revenue.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working closely with sales teams in a B2B environment.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent Hebrew writing and communication skills, with strong English communication skills.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong copywriting and marketing messaging capabilities \u2013 a significant advantage.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing external agencies and suppliers, including production companies, designers, PPC\/media, PR, and creative agencies.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure performance, identify insights, and translate them into actions.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing and a strong interest in adopting new marketing technologies.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms \u2013 an advantage.\u202f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related
