{"id":68028,"date":"2026-04-13T17:05:36","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T17:05:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/?post_type=careers&#038;p=68028"},"modified":"2026-04-30T13:17:40","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T13:17:40","slug":"commercial-legal-counsel","status":"publish","type":"careers","link":"https:\/\/www.priority-software.com\/nl\/careers\/commercial-legal-counsel\/","title":{"rendered":"Commercial Legal Counsel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential Duties:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing various commercial agreements and transactional documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage company secretarial and corporate governance responsibilities, including preparation of board materials, shareholder resolutions, statutory filings, and compliance with corporate regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting Priority's various business lines and organizational objectives, through practical legal guidance, risk assessment, and compliance oversight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing commercial legal advice to the Company, its subsidiaries and stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling ad-hoc projects and assignments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications and Education:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>License to practice law in Israel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-5 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel in a global company (preferably SAAS company) or as a lawyer in a leading law firm's commercial department &#8211; a MUST (experience in both \u2013 an advantage).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience managing company secretarial and corporate governance matters &#8211; an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical knowledge of privacy and data protection laws and regulations (Israel, GDPR and CCPA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to leverage AI technologies to streamline and enhance legal workflows, including drafting contracts, document analysis, research, and risk or compliance assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew \u2013 a MUST.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills &amp; Abilities:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, a people's person \u2013 a MUST.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business oriented and \u201cEnabler\u201d approach \u2013 a MUST.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initiator, problem solver at heart, and autodidact \u2013 a MUST.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent negotiating and drafting skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledgeable in various commercial fields, including SaaS, distribution, IT, and other commercial contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently and autonomously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to handle high-pressure situations, to perform multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>we are looking for a talented and savvy commercial Legal Counsel who is execution-oriented, ambitious and has an \u201cenabler\u201d mindset, to join our legal department in Rosh HaAyin.
