Most communication is done online, via video conferences, as well as face-to-face meetings with larger prospects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage commercial performance \u2014 Build a healthy pipeline, maintain reliable forecasts and advance opportunities with clear account and deal strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shape go-to-market execution \u2014 Collaborate with SDR, product and leadership teams to refine market approaches and unlock new segments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5+ years of B2B software or technology sales experience, with substantial hands-on business development, exisitng customer success and new-customer acquisition experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A proven record of closing consultative deals, navigating multiple stakeholders and handling commercial negotiations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly master and demonstrate a sophisticated web-based platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Executive-level communication and presentation skills, commercial judgment and a relationship-driven approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to create your own pipeline as well as convert qualified opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Industry knowledge is a big plus \u2014 Construction, infrastructure, engineering, project management or enterprise workflow systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHY JOIN EXPONET:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shape Exponet's commercial growth by bringing advanced software to leading construction and infrastructure organizations.
