Account Executive (Exponet)

We are seeking an experienced commercial professional who can grow customer success, originate new business, build strategic relationships and close complex software deals—while translating sophisticated technology into clear, compelling business value.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Success and retention — Monitor customer activity and growth (upsells/downsells), focus on churn prevention and build strategic relationships — Establish trusted connections with decision-makers and cultivate partnerships, referrals and high-value accounts.
• Grow new business — Proactively identify and develop opportunities with real estate developers, contractors, project management and supervision firms, infrastructure players and public organizations.
• Lead end-to-end sales — Own prospecting and SDR-qualified leads through discovery, tailored demos, proposals, negotiations and closing. Most communication is done online, via video conferences, as well as face-to-face meetings with larger prospects.
• Manage commercial performance — Build a healthy pipeline, maintain reliable forecasts and advance opportunities with clear account and deal strategies.
• Shape go-to-market execution — Collaborate with SDR, product and leadership teams to refine market approaches and unlock new segments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of B2B software or technology sales experience, with substantial hands-on business development, exisitng customer success and new-customer acquisition experience.
• A proven record of closing consultative deals, navigating multiple stakeholders and handling commercial negotiations.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly master and demonstrate a sophisticated web-based platform.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills, commercial judgment and a relationship-driven approach.
• A proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to create your own pipeline as well as convert qualified opportunities.
• Industry knowledge is a big plus — Construction, infrastructure, engineering, project management or enterprise workflow systems.
