SDR (maternity leave replacement)

From identifying and qualifying business opportunities to nurturing leads and handing them over to the Sales team.

In this role, you will work with inbound leads, engage with prospective customers, understand their business needs, and develop qualified sales opportunities. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic software environment and directly contribute to the company's growth and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers from inbound leads.
• Connect with potential customers, understand their business needs, and identify relevant sales opportunities.
• Manage and track leads throughout the initial stages of the sales process and drive opportunities forward.
• Nurture qualified leads and hand them over to the Sales team for further engagement.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or in a sales role; B2B sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong ability to identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads and progress them to the next stage of the sales process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Independent, proactive, and business-oriented, with strong teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with technology tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Priority – an advantage.
