Responsibilities:
- Implement and deploy Priority ERP systems for both new and existing clients (primarily remote)
- Provide training and ongoing support to users via remote tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, phone)
- Deliver real-time troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, including calls and training sessions
- Customize and adapt the system to meet specific client needs in a precise and creative manner
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Background in accounting and/or finance
- Proven experience in implementing Priority ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of the financial module
- High level of customer service, patience, and ability to work closely with clients
