Isrotel, a public company, oversees 23 hotels in Israel, including seven luxury locations, with 10 more in development. In 2024, Isrotel will introduce Priority's Hotel Management System across all its properties, enhancing efficiency and guest experience.
Priority's technology will integrate with the hotel chain's existing systems, including the online booking interface and the chain's payment clearing and financial systems, to improve operational processes, automate existing workflows, and provide a seamless experience for guests and staff alike.
Furthermore, Priority’s advanced platform for comprehensive hotel management facilitates connectivity with the reservation center and integrates with major booking platforms like Booking.com and Expedia, CRM systems, the customer loyalty club (Sun Circle Club), and BI systems for enhanced decision-making.
Sagive Greenspan, CEO of Priority, shared: "We are proud to lead this transformative project with Isrotel, one of Israel's premier hotel chains. Our partnership is a testament to Priority's commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency and growth in the hospitality industry."
Yochai Engelsman, CIO at Isrotel, highlighted the strategic importance of the partnership: "Isrotel is a rapidly developing company. Considering the company's needs and its development in the coming years, as well as its advancement in information systems in general and digital development in particular, we initiated the project to replace the existing management system. Within the project framework we examined solutions from leading suppliers and decided to choose the Priority Platform due to its functional richness, flexibility, maturity, aand robustness. I am pleased with the choice. The project management, as demonstrated over the past year, has further strengthened my confidence”
