Provide application support for multiple mission-critical applications in SaaS and cloud environments. Troubleshoot and resolve application, instance, and/or system issues. Develop, implement, document, and execute standard operations procedures, including monitoring. Working with Engineering to design automation of procedures, deployment, controls, and Security. Provide technical expertise and advocacy around how solutions should be implemented in production from SaaS Operations POV. Demonstrate ability to work on several concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders executing in a matrix environment. Communicate deployment and production-related activities internally and externally when appropriate. Participate in an on-call rotation to provide coverage during off business hours

Technology, Development & IT


  • Experience in enterprise application support in Hosted and/or cloud environments(Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Windows / Linux hands-on experience.
  • Experience in managing / supporting cloud solutions.
  • Applicative SQL Server DBA skills including an understanding of DB schema and experience.
  • writing, tuning, and executing SQL queries.
  • Experience with monitoring tools usage and configuration (Zabbix, Datadog).
  • Programming & scripting experience (Python/Linux Shell/PowerShell etc.).
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies.

Additional Skills Preferred:

  • Database systems (PostgresSQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
  • PagerDuty, Statuspage
  • Good understanding of Security concepts and Secure Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience with Reporting and Analytics tools (Elasticsearch/Logstash, Kibana, AWS OpenSearch)
  • Experience in working in regulated environments (SOC, PCI)
