ERP Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and strong ERP Consultant with Project Management skills for our North America market. The ERP Consultant will combine project management skills and Priority ERP functional knowledge to bring successful implementation services to our new and existing customers as part of the Delivery team of Priority Software USA.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and managing implementation projects end-to-end, from kick-off to post-go-live support, including discovery, setup, data migration, and training.
  • Discover and explore the customers’ business needs and provide practical solutions using Priority’s ERP offerings.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise of Priority’s ERP solution to train end users and to enhance the implementation solution.
  • Write technical specifications for Developers in order to customize and enhance the ERP solution, conduct testing and support deployment.
  • Maintain long-term collaborative relationships with customers and become their business ERP software expert.
  • Risk assessment and risk management.
  • Collaborate with Priority’s internal development teams, delivery colleagues, and support teams.
  • Write workflow documentation and SOPs (Standard operating procedure) tailored to the customer’s business needs.
  • Support internal company-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as an ERP Consultant either as:
  • ERP Consultant for a software provider
  • Internal company ERP stakeholder
  • Project Management experience
  • Strong training and presentation skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross-organizationally toward solutions and to build trust.
  • Innovative, curious, and a fast learner
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Requires approximately 5-10% travel

Nice-to Have Experience and Knowledge:

  • Financial, bookkeeping or account management experience
  • Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse or Inventory control experience
  • Purchasing, Selling or other business workflow experience
  • IT and Computer networking skills, and IT experience
  • PMP - Project Management
