The decision to invest in a new system stemmed from the need for connectivity and interface with the subsidiary company in Germany, as well as the need to streamline and unify organizational processes. In particular, Polytex required an advanced system for inventory management and organizational transparency vis-à-vis the subsidiary. Prior to implementing Priority ERP, they relied on an external accounting management system, which often resulted in difficulties in meeting deadlines and incurred high costs.
