Description

To accelerate our growth in the North American market, we are in search of a sales and goal driven SDR to support our sales team. The SDR’s primary focus is to generate demand for Priority solutions and services through a mix of inbound calls and outbound prospecting. You will be the first contact and introduction to Priority Software for many prospects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitors' offerings, updating lead and prospect activity in CRM for effective lead management.
  • Utilize Sales Navigator on LinkedIn to identify and contact multiple prospects within a company and develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers.
  • Qualify prospects, overcome technical and business objections, and produce quality leads for the Priority sales team.
  • Communicate the Priority brand and value proposition clearly and effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to leads inquiries generated from advertisements, moving solid leads through the marketing funnel to arrange meetings and ensure BANT qualified.
  • Follow-up with potential customers who expressed interest but still need to move forward in the sales process.
  • Occasional travel to events.
     

Requirements

  • Proven ability to achieve and surpass goals as a self-motivated starter
  • Proficient in time management, telesales techniques, and knowledgeable about Priority's products and services (training provided)
  • Goal-driven individual with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
  • Strong analytical, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Experience in communicating with top-level decision-makers (C-Suite)
  • Minimum two years of sales development experience in the software industry, preferably with ERP
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Expertise in sales tracking and processes using CRM
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
