We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to support our partners from implementation to the go live stage and onwards. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about retail technology, has a strong work ethic, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical support to end-users for retail applications and related systems. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to retail applications. 
  • Install, configure, and maintain retail application software and hardware. 
  • Provide technical training and support to end-users. 
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  •  Participate in testing, documenting, and analyzing system issues
     

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail application vendor or in a big retail business IT Support or technician or both experience
  • Knowledge of retail operations and retail software systems
  • Understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems and the integration of retail systems
  • Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the US, Canada for on-site work and to Israel for education and training
