Competition & Comparison

How does Priority ERP compare to Microsoft Dynamics 365?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 requires heavy customization for industry needs and does not offer a smooth migration from Business Central. It is not built for highly regulated industries. Priority ERP is user-friendly, flexible, and customizable without IT support, and ensures compliance with FDA, GDPR, SOX, ISO9000, ISO27001, and SOC 2 Type 2. Note: Dynamics 365 may be preferred for organizations already standardized on Microsoft platforms. Source

How does Priority ERP compare to SAP Business One?

SAP Business One is complex, expensive, and lacks multi-company capabilities. Its Version 10 will reach end-of-support in 2026. Priority ERP is affordable, easy to use, and supports true multi-company operations with automatic inter-company processes. Note: SAP Business One may be suitable for organizations with existing SAP infrastructure. Source

How does Priority ERP compare to NetSuite?

NetSuite is a strong cloud ERP but is expensive and enforces contract lock-in. Gartner notes costs are high for SMBs. Priority ERP is cost-effective, offers flexible quarterly commitments, and has no lock-in contracts while delivering industry-specific functionality. Note: NetSuite may be preferred for organizations seeking deep Oracle ecosystem integration. Source

How does Priority ERP compare to Odoo?

Odoo is open-source but has scalability limits, performance issues, long learning curves, and high implementation failure rates due to a weak partner ecosystem. Priority ERP provides structured implementation, scalability, proven methodologies, experienced partners, and quick user adoption. Note: Odoo may be preferred for organizations seeking open-source flexibility. Source

Industry Recognition & Trust

Has Priority Software received industry recognition?

Yes. Priority Software has been recognized by Gartner in the 2025 Magic Quadrant for Cloud ERP for Product-Centric Enterprises, as a Major Player in the 2025 IDC MarketScape for AI-Enabled ERP, and as the top ERP Solution in the 2025 TEC Insight Report for SMBs. Note: Recognition does not guarantee fit for all business types; evaluate based on your requirements. Source

Priority Software Ltd. announced the expansion of its technology partners network, signing an agreement with Israel-based ConWize, the leading provider of an advanced, cloud-based platform for the construction industry that simplifies and streamlines the bidding and estimation process during the tender phase.

ConWize empowers construction contractors and subcontractors with simplified bidding process capabilities, features on-demand services for construction sites, digitization of business processes, automatic comparison, and analysis of subcontractor price estimates.

A comprehensive tenders and sales pipeline management solution, ConWize offers advanced estimating tools, from automation of bidding with subcontractors, indirect costs and profit loading tools, and estimation KPI analysis tools, to Building Information Modeling (BIM) connectivity, and more.

The ConWize platform streamlines construction estimating and bidding, reducing estimation errors by up to 90%, saving up to 50% of time working on a tender, and saving up to 70% of time sending bid invites, tracking status, and comparing contractors' proposals. Priority's construction industry customers will benefit from significant time and cost-savings across the board, and a significantly increased win rate.

As part of the technology partnership, ConWize created a unified language between the tender and the execution team by connecting the BOQ and Part catalog to Priority to automatically sync won deals to the Priority Project management Module (including all WBS lines and the components of the costs).

Ran Levi Sody, ConWize CRO, said, “We are excited to partner with Priority, and enable its construction customers around the world to benefit from streamlined collaboration and management tools. We believe this partnership will help Priority customers boost their profitability, and take advantage of our automated tools and processes to drive their business forward.”
Dima Haikin, ConWize CEO, said, “We are building the most robust cloud base platform for bidding and estimate in the world for the construction industry, we thank Priority team and management for the partnership and look forward to doing significant integrations around the globe.

“So pleased to welcome the ConWize team to our global technology partner network. ConWize will provide our extensive construction customer roster with real added value,” said Gil Michaeli, Global Alliances Director at Priority Software. “Our ability to offer a smart and efficient cloud-based platform whereby our customers can streamline the bidding and estimation process with measurable results, will, in turn, help them grow their business, and increase their bottom line.”
