We're seeking a website manager with strong CRO expertise to own our digital presence end-to-end, directing a network of specialized vendors and driving conversion performance.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact across development, design, analytics, AI, and infrastructure vendors, ensuring coordinated delivery against a shared roadmap
- Direct vendor-led development of our multi-LOB, multilingual growing WordPress site, including migration of subsidiary sites into a unified architecture, and oversight of plugins, server, and security
- Maintain SEO /AEO best practices and performance standards
- Own CRO strategy, including A/B testing, popup optimization, and smart landing pages, using GA4/GTM and CrazyEgg data to inform user journey improvements and decision-making
- Direct website design work for visual and brand consistency, collaborating with PPC and social media to ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Manage our AI chatbot strategy (EN/HE), overseeing the underlying LLM/CDN setup and its integration with HubSpot
- Own the integration and management of all marketing technologies connected to WordPress, including HubSpot and cookie consent compliance
Requirements:
- Hebrew (Native) and English (Fluent)
- Proven WordPress development/management experience for multilingual, multi-LOB sites
- Experience managing external development, design, and technology vendors
- Expertise in GA4, GTM, CRO tools, and A/B testing platforms
- Strong SEO/AEO/AI Overview implementation experience
- Understanding of web security and compliance practices (including cookie consent)
- Experience integrating HubSpot forms and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing automation
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms and e-commerce or interactive tour technology is a plus
