ERP Support Specialist

Description

The training process spans several months.
Our staff must possess high technical skills, in-depth system knowledge, and a courteous, helpful attitude.
Support is provided to our customers and partners both in Israel and globally.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Patience, active listening, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong understanding and control of the computer world.
  • Diligence, self-learning abilities, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Efficient and quick problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Priority products or other ERP systems.
  • Degree or industry experience in management, information systems, logistics, or accounting.
  • Familiarity with the Priority system.
  • Experience in providing service.
