Project Manager

Job Description:

• Customer Support and Service: Provide answers to questions and issues from system users, set up and implement new attendance agreements, and ensure optimal user experience.
• Training and Guidance: Train new and existing customers on system features, guide them through the implementation process and daily use.
• Professional Development: Participate in advanced professional training at the company's expense, expand knowledge in the field of attendance and payroll.
• Customer Relations: Build long-term relationships with company clients, understand their needs, and customize solutions personally.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: One to two years of experience in a similar role or in a field related to attendance and payroll.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of OvdimNet software (significant advantage), payroll and attendance software, deep understanding of the payroll and attendance world.
• Skills:
• Technical Orientation: Ability to understand technological processes and deal with technical challenges.
• Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and comprehensibly, both orally and in writing.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work in a team, patience, willingness to work independently and take initiative.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
