This is a relocation position to the United States requiring extensive Priority experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Priority ERP expert for our US Market to join our US Delivery team and lead the implementation, upgrade, or optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning systems. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of ERP projects, aligning them with strategic business goals while managing timelines, budgets, and internal and external resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end ERP project lifecycle including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and set objectives.
  • Manage internal resources and external consultants to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee ERP system implementation or migration, ensuring alignment with business processes, best practices, and compliance standards.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, including post-implementation support and training.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership, the customer and relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and change management initiatives as part of ERP transformation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • English – strong and fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Priority ERP, especially in our supply chain, manufacturing, and/or finance processes.
