This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning ERP implementations from discovery through go-live. You'll work directly with customers to analyze business processes, configure solutions, lead implementation activities, and deliver successful ERP projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-go-live support.
- Analyze customer business processes and translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions.
- Configure ERP solutions and lead key implementation activities, including data migration, workshops, testing, user training, and deployment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, escalations, and customer expectations
- Prepare functional specifications for customizations and integrations while working closely with Development and Product teams.
- Build trusted customer relationships and act as a functional advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Contribute to implementation best practices, documentation, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on ERP implementation consulting experience.
- Experience implementing ERP solutions while working for an ERP software vendor, implementation partner, or professional services organization.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycles.
- Experience working directly with business users, key stakeholders, and executive management throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.
- Functional knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, or Service Management.
- Strong business process analysis, customer-facing consulting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel approximately 5–10%.
- Experience with accounting or financial operations – advantage.
- Technical understanding of integrations, databases, or APIs – advantage.
- PMP certification or project management training – advantage.
- Experience with Priority ERP – advantage.
