Competition & Comparison

How does Priority ERP compare to Microsoft Dynamics 365?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 requires heavy customization for industry needs and does not offer a smooth migration from Business Central. It is not built for highly regulated industries. Priority ERP is user-friendly, flexible, and customizable without IT support, and ensures compliance with FDA, GDPR, SOX, ISO9000, ISO27001, and SOC 2 Type 2. Note: Dynamics 365 may be preferred for organizations already standardized on Microsoft platforms. Source

How does Priority ERP compare to SAP Business One?

SAP Business One is complex, expensive, and lacks multi-company capabilities. Its Version 10 will reach end-of-support in 2026. Priority ERP is affordable, easy to use, and supports true multi-company operations with automatic inter-company processes. Note: SAP Business One may be suitable for organizations with existing SAP infrastructure. Source

How does Priority ERP compare to NetSuite?

NetSuite is a strong cloud ERP but is expensive and enforces contract lock-in. Gartner notes costs are high for SMBs. Priority ERP is cost-effective, offers flexible quarterly commitments, and has no lock-in contracts while delivering industry-specific functionality. Note: NetSuite may be preferred for organizations seeking deep Oracle ecosystem integration. Source

How does Priority ERP compare to Odoo?

Odoo is open-source but has scalability limits, performance issues, long learning curves, and high implementation failure rates due to a weak partner ecosystem. Priority ERP provides structured implementation, scalability, proven methodologies, experienced partners, and quick user adoption. Note: Odoo may be preferred for organizations seeking open-source flexibility. Source

Industry Recognition & Trust

Has Priority Software received industry recognition?

Yes. Priority Software has been recognized by Gartner in the 2025 Magic Quadrant for Cloud ERP for Product-Centric Enterprises, as a Major Player in the 2025 IDC MarketScape for AI-Enabled ERP, and as the top ERP Solution in the 2025 TEC Insight Report for SMBs. The Challenge

The challenge

After years in fresh-produce distribution, T & F faced growing pains that its patchwork of in-house systems, spreadsheets and paper tickets could no longer solve. In a sector where “the heart of the business is food safety and quality,” the company needed reliable tracking, real-time inventory visibility and shelf-life management for perishable goods. Stock control and inventory management topped T & F's list of “must-haves” when evaluating new solutions.

“What's more, with a tremendous number of line items and a fully-stocked warehouse, we knew we needed a real top-of-the-line ERP system,” said Arthur Zinopoulos, Business & Administration Manager. Back-office teams also required better control over delivery workflows: trucks, schedules, routes and drivers' hours, to meet tight next-day windows.

The Solution

The solution

Partnering with Priority business partner Cincom Australia, T & F implemented Priority ERP to run the entire operation “from warehouse to table.”

  • • “Priority ERP gave us the operational tools we always knew we were missing,” said Zinopoulos. Cincom led a structured rollout: process mapping, batch-trace configuration and intuitive user workshops.
  • A smooth onboarding process and fast implementation meant “little to no disruption,” as teams learned the system via hands-on sessions and on-demand tutorials.
  • The sales module was configured to accept orders around the clock, up to 1:00 AM, automatically triggering next-day pick-lists, driver manifests and route planning.
  • Real-time dashboards provide live visibility over stock levels, shelf life, demand forecasts and delivery performance, closing the loop on traceability and quality control.
