Founded in 1952, Emilia Development Ltd. is a publicly traded holding company with a portfolio of approximately 20 private and public companies operating across distribution, logistics, manufacturing, and services. Listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, the group manages a diverse set of businesses, each with unique operational requirements while sharing common goals around efficiency, visibility, and growth.
As the organization expanded, Emilia needed technology that could standardize processes across the group while remaining flexible enough to support the individual needs of each company.
As a long-time Priority ERP customer, Emilia already relied on the platform to manage many of its business processes. However, its legacy logistics management tools lacked the flexibility required to support increasingly complex distribution operations and the evolving needs of companies across the group.
Critical logistics processes-including transportation planning, delivery scheduling, shipment tracking, and field operations-were still handled manually. This resulted in longer picking times, calculation errors, and limited visibility into deliveries and inventory. At the same time, each subsidiary had unique operational requirements, making it difficult to create standardized processes without sacrificing flexibility.
Key challenges included:
Rather than replacing its ERP, Emilia expanded its Priority ecosystem by implementing Priority's Portal Generator, Application Generator, Proof of Delivery (POD), Advanced Delivery Planning (ADP), and enhanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) capabilities.
These solutions enabled the company to build its own web portals and mobile applications while maintaining one standardized ERP platform across the organization.
Using Priority's Portal and Application Generator, Emilia's IT team can independently create web and mobile applications that support the specific operational needs of each company without lengthy development projects or external programming.
Priority WMS uses AI-assisted task assignment and resource allocation to optimize warehouse activities, improving efficiency while supporting complex inventory and distribution processes.
Priority's Proof of Delivery module digitizes the entire delivery lifecycle-from inventory documents and truck loading to customer signatures and real-time shipment tracking.
The Advanced Delivery Planning module automatically builds optimized delivery routes using an interactive map interface with drag-and-drop scheduling, real-time travel estimates, and arrival times.
All companies within the Emilia Group continue to operate on a unified Priority ERP platform while retaining the flexibility to customize workflows and applications for their individual business requirements.
