We are seeking an AI Product Manager to own the development and delivery of AI-powered features for Priority ERP, while providing AI guidance across Priority Software's broader product portfolio. You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world enterprise needs, transforming AI capabilities into practical features that enhance productivity and drive business outcomes for our customers. This role requires both technical depth in AI/ML and strong product execution skills to deliver measurable value while maintaining the reliability and compliance standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, build, and manage AI-powered features for Priority ERP, from concept to go-to-market
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML and Gen-AI based capabilities that solve real business problems for ERP users
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into practical, user-friendly features that enhance productivity, drive business outcomes, and deliver measurable value
  • Provide AI guidance across Priority's product portfolio, working closely with product managers throughout the organization
  • Represent end-user and stakeholder needs in defining AI feature requirements, ensuring solutions are intuitive and trustworthy
  • Work directly with R&D to build, test, and refine AI features
  • Write detailed user stories and technical requirements for AI functionality in an agile development environment
  • Collaborate with product managers across Priority to integrate AI capabilities into existing modules and workflows

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated experience building and launching AI/ML-powered product capabilities
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies including generative AI, optimization algorithms, anomaly detection, and their practical applications in business contexts
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and working with LLMs
  • Experience working in agile/scrum development environments
  • Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business value and user experience
  • Ability to write detailed technical user stories and work with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, and data architectures
  • Hands-on experience with Priority ERP or other ERP systems – Advantage
  • Understanding of enterprise software requirements: data governance, security, compliance, auditability, and billing/pricing models
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain AI capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A natural multi-tasker able to see the 'big picture' of AI strategy while managing detailed technical specs
